What we collect
If you use a form on this site we collect the name, email, phone, business, trade, and notes you type. Chat on this site is powered by Tidio (Lyro). Scheduling uses Calendly. We do not sell those lists.
Why
To answer demo requests, send the owner brief you asked for, and — if you become a customer — to run after-hours coverage on your number. We also keep server logs that any host keeps (IP, browser) for security.
Who sees it
Lan Pham / My Concierge AI. Hosting is Netlify. Email delivery for forms uses FormSubmit. Chat is Tidio. Calendar is Calendly. Those vendors see what you send through their tools under their own policies.
How long
Demo requests stay until you ask us to delete them, or until they are clearly stale. Customer call recordings and transcripts, if we store them to run the service, stay for the life of the account plus a short archive — we will spell that out in your order form.
Your asks
Email hello@myconciergeai.io to see, correct, or delete what we have on you. If this site is running a local backup of a form submit in your browser, that copy lives only on your device.
